Pick up by your professional driver and head off to Murchison Falls National Park your prime destination as per this itinerary. Today’s road trip takes between 5 and 6 hours with en route visits expected to be made at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. At Ziwa, your focus will be trekking rhinos in the wild, exploring more about their daily behaviours and returning to have lunch.

Proceed to Kichumbanyobo gate in a 4×4 safari vehicle and prior to drop off at the lodge, you will be visiting the top of the falls. Have a good time taking pictures and you will connect to your lodge for relaxation.

In the morning after your breakfast, meet your driver guide fully prepared to begin your 6:00 am guided game drive. This guided game-viewing excursion involves exploring the Northern game trails for 2-3 hours. In your pop-up roof vehicle, look out for the park’s diverse wildlife such as giraffes, lions, elephants, buffaloes, waterbucks, Uganda kobs, oribis, hartebeest, leopards plus birds.

The boat cruise excursion will begin after lunch and this takes you via the Victoria Nile as you connect to the base of the Murchison Falls. The launch cruise excursion comes with unlimited encounters with aquatic life such as hippos, crocodiles and birds. At the base, don’t miss the breathtaking views of the falls and capture the best pictures before you hike to its top if the water levels are low.
